We believe in the quality of our eco-friendly products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help ensure a seamless return process.
30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Email admin@smartpickmart.com with your order number to start a return — we reply within 1 business day with instructions.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
local_shipping Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
